Have you had to define a project and you don't know all the elements you need?
Defining a project goes beyond knowing its goal or purpose; it is necessary to know the What? How? When? Where? Who? and Why? of that project, since based on these questions we can know at least the 3 main constraints (time, scope and cost).
Understanding the elements that influence the definition of a project will help in its proper planning and execution.
In the knowledge talks you will learn a little about these elements and they will give you an overview of the importance of each element.
Reserve your spot for one of the three days: February 26, 27, or 28, in the meeting room of La Borra de Café Chapultepec branch, starting at 7:00 pm. The cost per person is $300.00 and includes a coffee and a snack. You can pay with a debit or credit card.
